Dry:
2 Cups - Buckwheat Flour
However Many - Chia Seeds
1 Tsp - Baking Powder
1 Tsp - Baking Soda
2 Tsp -Cinnamon
.5 Tsp- Salt
Wet:
2 Cups - Plant Milk of Choice
2 Tbsp - Almond Butter
1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp - Lemon Juice, Lime Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp - Sweetener of Choice
Odds and Ends:
Let 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Soak in 5 Tbsp Water - Flax Egg
1 Medium - Mashed Banana
METHOD:
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix dry and wet mixtures together.
Add in mashed banana and flax egg.
Add milk until thick but fluid pancake batter consistency is reached.
Season to taste.
Stovetop.
Stack and add toppings.
Bananas, blueberries, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, cacao powder, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, almond butter, peanut butter, hemp seeds, walnuts, flaked almonds, etc.
